We require thorough background checks on all of our technicians - we will NOT send convicted felons or persons with a history of violence into the homes of our customers.
- We insist upon drug testing both at the time of hire and randomly during employment. We also prohibit any form of drinking, smoking, and drug use while on the job.
- We seek individuals with at least journeyman level experience and we require and provide additional training to keep our technicians up to date with the National Electric Code.
- We will not allow any individual with a history of moving violations or DWI convictions to operate our service vehicles.
- All electricians must be willing to wear company uniforms and maintain a clean cut and well-groomed appearance at all times.
- Most importantly, we seek self-motivated technicians who take pride in their work and who have a courteous and friendly attitude.
